With an extensive background in curating top-notch dining experiences, Chef Siew brings with him a wealth of knowledge and diverse expertise. Chef Siew’s diversified training and culinary innovation across a variety of cuisines such as teppanyaki and Pacific Rim Fusion, will bring a fresh, new vison to the Triple George Grill menu. His passion for creating unique culinary experiences paired with his will to foster talent and uphold the highest standards positions Chef Siew to take Triple George to new heights.


Most recently, Chef Siew served as the Executive Sous Chef at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas where he established himself as a dynamic team leader overseeing many different establishments including the buffet, deli shop, Jade Asian restaurant, and the acclaimed Steakhouse at Hawthorne Grill. Prior to this, Chef Siew served as the Executive Sushi Chef and Kitchen Manager at Konagrill in Sugarland, Texas
